昨天看到板上告知自己每周至少跑去吃1-2次的愛店~永記虱目魚丸重開張了!
雖然內文跟推文都有提到目前有看到周式蝦捲老闆可能合作或接手
但還是想去吃看看 到底有沒有走味 值不值得繼續支持下去!!!

早上8:30抵達 內用座位約8分滿 點餐等待人數大約5-10人排隊~離開時人有變多
跟去年休息前好像比較少人 應該是重開張 有些在地老客人還不知道的原因吧?

重新整修的營業烹調空間變成一條式 沒有地方跟老闆哈拉....
老闆跟老闆娘還有周式蝦捲老闆都在櫃台內忙
之前有po文覺得態度很好的大姐也在 不過就沒有之前那種熱情小店的感覺了....

綜合湯還是一樣好喝 肉燥飯米粒好黏 肉燥沒那麼香.....
早上8點多的乾油條就軟趴趴~~以前早點來買 油條都好脆....
蝦捲.............超級後悔 45元又小又普通....真的是想賣給觀光客

總結:
這篇不是推薦觀光客來吃的食記.....只是個老客戶小小想法
今天是重開第二天 不知道是整合尚未完成 覺得櫃台有點混亂 雖然特地早點來
湯的水準還在 但其他東西真的有點點小退步 希望過一陣子能恢復正常
如果依照以前為了好吃的綜合湯+肉燥飯特地每周來 現在可能早上經過就吃一下吧
