中興街上牛排店(?) - 新店

不好意思其實我是蘆洲人，但偶爾會來到新店，
今天路過中興路時湊巧看到一間像是餐廳的店，招牌上有牛排的英文另一面也寫著S開頭的英文單子（沒看清楚），店裡停著一台很漂亮的摩托車，
但因為是騎車路過而已，回家後想查此店的相關資料都查不到，
之前經過時都沒注意到此店，請問是新開的店嗎？
他是餐廳嗎？（不好意思因為我真的只注意到一眼而已）不知道這樣的資訊會不會太少？
