中秋佳節被開罰單 - 基隆

今天摩托車停在 "孝三路洪診所" 騎樓下被開了張違停罰單, 自己知道有錯在先; 但觀察停在其它騎樓底下的摩托車並未被開罰單, 因著不平之氣打到忠二路派出所詢問, 收到的回覆是 "因為有人舉發才會開單"。
時機歹歹, 賺錢不易, 一張罰單可能是辛苦工作一天的工資, 請其他基隆鄉民小心, 不要像我一樣倒楣啊!
