如題
因為下背痛的問題已經困擾幾年了
到博群做了一年半的拉腰復健又沒有效過
這個月乾脆自己買了單槓天天在家裡吊著
最近爬文萬芳有彼拉提斯復健課程，有奇效
但是永和竟然沒公車可以到...都要轉車轉到陰間再轉過去超遠的
/ 爬文看到氧身工作坊，卻好像是做瑜珈修身的
想請問版上前輩
在中永和有沒有彼拉提斯復健課程
方便上班族晚上可以去的？
