恩,看到火藥味變重了,
不禁想跳出來講點心得,順便希望大家彼此多有同理心些。
其實基本會被冠上"過譽"兩字的,通常生意都不差。
有些甚至大排長龍比如王師傅,金仙或陳記等。
既是名店,那相信就有不少欣賞他們的客人。
大家都同樣站在消費者的立場,彼此之間其實是可以多給點尊重的。
有時不但店家味道會變,我們的喜好也會。
有些店可能你剛好就吃過一次,但口味不合就沒再去。
但可能店家後來進步了,你當然也不會知道。
一想到曾踩過雷,要重新給店家機會並不是每個人都能做到的。
講到金仙,吃過他們那麼多分店,卻家家味道不同。
經過尋訪才知,他們根本沒有"簽下什麼加盟合約",
只是都跟同家上游叫料,至於你要怎麼賣怎麼經營隨你。
後來這些分店乾脆自己找廠商,已經沒在跟總廠拿貨了。

以中永和來說,得和本來排在保平前,

起碼我覺得這家滷汁勝過不少名店,比如下港。
每家店強項弱項不同,有些店可能某幾道菜很厲害,但就剛好滷肉飯不行。
比如知名的下港,去那裡我向來不吃滷肉飯,但排骨酥湯絕對必點。
旗魚串我還真特地去廣州街買過,不知為何還是覺得樂華這裡比較香。
講這些目的大概就是希望大家在推文之餘,
也尊重一下這些喜歡所謂"過譽店家"的客人啦。
就算是連鎖的麥當勞一樣也一堆人愛阿。
起碼我就認識幾位難搞的歪嘴雞,連星級餐廳都能嫌到臭掉,
卻將麥當勞的薯條歸類到他們心中第一,不是很妙。
