中崙的房價越來越誇張 - 公園

各位好，小弟最近在找房子，發覺中崙社區還不錯，社區內該有的都有而且離中山高與88快速道很近，交通算很便利，但是查了之前的成交價都大概在230萬以下，但是查了591與樂屋網，怎麼都開價310萬以上呀？怎麼會漲了這麼多？我之前有看到一個新聞是高雄市政府要把五甲東側這的農地花72億徵收，打造成水岸公園與鳳山的第二行政中心，這區域剛好是中崙社區外圍，是因為這個原因中崙這才會漲成這樣嗎?再漲下去只能找沒電梯的公寓了!
