各位好!由於目前中餐都需要在光南附近解決，小弟有健身的習慣，但開始算熱量後發現以前習慣吃的幾家都是炒麵炒飯類的，蛋白質攝取量非常的低，想請問各位有沒有推薦健康一點的店家呢？
主要希望可以攝取到到比較多的肉類以及青菜類，每天會從中壢火車站走到光南，希望可以在周邊步行十分鐘內買到，麻煩各位推薦!
