手邊關於中壢一帶的早餐資訊不多,這家曾記水煎包是少數握有
的情報。這天假日一早剛好有空,於是便來到康樂路上拜訪。
約莫上午七八點多,攤前已滿是人潮,讓人對它的美味充滿好奇
。排隊的時間有些漫長,仔細觀察發現主要是多數顧客採買量驚人。
一次起鍋應可煎好四五十顆以上的水煎包,但往往三四個客人便將其
清空,因此待餐著實要有耐心。
水煎包一顆八元,有需醬料可自行添酌。水煎包的個頭約四分之
三的掌心大。帶著期待咬下,可惜與己好有別。
首先水煎包的外皮很厚,對我這種重內餡更甚外皮者為致命傷。
外皮酥度尚可,現場立即享用不知酥度是否會更突出。餡料以高麗菜
末與絞肉為主,高麗菜爽脆,調味偏清淡,加上外皮太厚,重口味者
可能需要佐醬料。店家的辣醬為鹹豆瓣醬,請小心使用,否則鹹度會
很驚人。
吃完水煎包的感想,是慶幸自己為嚐試只買了兩顆。但想想排隊
人潮,多半是個人喜好太過詭異,以上心得便僅供參考了。
