十幾年中和泰和街開了一家"高級"鐵板燒店
所謂高級是指,他是分好幾桌,一桌一位廚師,可能只服務一組客人,他們也有包廂
食材高級是當然的,廚師的服務跟技巧都沒話說
而且現在想想 CP值真的很高(ㄧ個套餐499)
裡面的主廚,幽默又風趣,對食材跟料理手法很專業
號稱隨手一抓可以控制只有三十粒鹽正負2粒
但這家店在十多年前收了(聽說是換主廚,大部分的廚師也跟著走了,當然生意也....)
我想在這邊問問有沒有人知道這位主廚的去向
我想再嚐嚐當初讓我第一次驚艷的感覺(高中時)
算是開啟了我,品嚐美食之路
至今,我還是覺得跟鄧有葵的店也不惶多讓
而且價錢真的差很多
