十月初的時候剛好板上在討論新竹美食,在其中一篇看到了丞祖胡椒餅。
老實說,胡椒餅滿良莠不齊的,我只在台北吃過一間喜歡的。
看了十月初的推薦文後,興起了想嘗試的念頭。
丞祖胡椒餅就在城隍廟附近的北門街,
北門街絕對是新竹美食的一級戰區,丞祖胡椒餅就在葉大粒粉圓旁邊。
小小的店面,有古早台灣的味道。
店裡牆上貼著店家起源故事,等待胡椒餅的同時,就順便看看。
原來丞祖胡椒餅是萬華發源,目前三家分店都是家族直營。
常常耳聞家族因為利益糾紛不歡而散,便特別喜歡丞祖胡椒餅只傳承給家人的心意。
開放式的製作空間,可以看到胡椒餅製作過程。
爐烤的胡椒餅,香氣飄散,讓人食指大動,忍不住湊向前。
除了現買現吃享受,原來也可冷凍宅配,隨時想吃都有得吃!

真空包裝,一顆裝一袋,衛生方便。
最近加班頻頻的我,索性買冷凍包裝,回家試試看。
▍宅配胡椒餅回烤方式
買冷凍食品,最怕加熱麻煩。
每天工作回家,累都累死了;租屋處又小又擠,沒什麼廚具,能不嫌麻煩嗎?
(我不會承認是我懶的)
幸好丞祖胡椒餅回烤方式簡單直白,輕鬆就有美食享用。
店家在每一個胡椒餅的包裝上都寫著建議加熱方式:
退冰後餅皮噴水,放置已預熱烤箱200度C烤3~5分鐘。
不過我沒有烤箱,所以我改用萬能電子鍋加熱 XD
將電子鍋加一點點水,再將胡椒餅放進去加熱,
約十到十五分鐘,很快就有燙手的胡椒餅吃了!
但,記得一定要完全解凍哦!因為胡椒餅很真材實料、很厚實,
若不完全解凍,會有餅皮快焦,內餡還未加熱完成的狀況,影響口感!
丞祖胡椒餅的獨立包裝上有營養資訊、口味、保存期限等,資訊完整。
除了包裝,每個胡椒餅上方也用黑白芝麻做口味區分的記號,
除了兼顧色香味之外,也一目了然。
▍豬肉胡椒餅(55元)
醃漬過的肉塊咬起來過癮,厚實的豬肉愈嚼愈香,滿滿的三星蔥提味,更帶出肉的鮮甜。
胡椒香氣不嗆人,反而讓味道更多變化。
餅皮外酥內有嚼勁,餅皮香與芝麻香相得益彰。
▍牛肉胡椒餅(60元)
牛肉內餡多加了鮮甜的洋蔥,牛肉與三星蔥、洋蔥滋味交融,湯汁流瀉,讓人欲罷不能。
▍起司豬肉胡椒餅(65元)
起司胡椒餅一定是孩子的最愛,原本重鹹的口味,被起司的奶香中和,鹹甜適中的口味,
特別適合下午茶。
▍泡菜豬肉胡椒餅(60元)
泡菜豬肉胡椒餅中的泡菜味道略酸辣,
不是太過於濃烈搶戲的那種,反而像個稱職的綠葉,讓胡椒餅的味道更豐富。
丞祖胡椒餅用料實在用心,美味又方便,
不管現買現吃,冷凍回熱吃,都有一定水準,是下午茶點心很好的選擇。
