一名金姓婦人今年3月開車違規停放在台北市萬華區環河南路2段103號前，此時一名40歲
的美國籍的男子，見到婦人違規停車，就隨手拿起相機拍照蒐證。
金婦見狀想要制止美國人拍照，但對方仍持續蒐證，婦人一氣之下，拿起木棍與對方拉扯
，還趁勢以猴子偷桃的手式，狠抓、扭捏對方的下體，使得這名美國籍的男子右手第4指
瘀傷，龜頭處瘀傷，因此對這名偷桃姐提出傷害及性騷擾的告訴。
北檢調查後認為，婦人抓捏告訴人下體成傷，已涉犯傷害罪嫌，依法起訴。至於性騷擾的
部分，婦人並無性騷擾的主觀犯意，出手目的在制止對方行動，因此處分不起訴。
