不服併排停車罰600 她申訴成功改罰2400
〔記者方志賢／高雄報導〕高雄一名婦女駕BMW休旅車外出購物，一時找不到停車位，將車子併排停在停車格內車輛的左後方，遭人錄影檢舉，警方以「併排臨時停車」罰600元，未料婦人不服，認為她是「併排停車」而非「併排臨時停車」，沒想到申訴成功，反而開罰2400元，比原來加罰了1800元。
高市三民二警分局交通組組長劉易鑫表示，依道路交通管理處罰條例規定，「臨時停車」是指車輛停止時間未滿3分鐘，警方接獲婦人申訴後，再次檢視民眾的檢舉光碟，發現婦人併排停車後，下車買東西長達3分鐘以上，所以是「併排停車」而非「併排臨時停車」。
警方表示，員警處理疏失部分，予以行政懲處外，並寄發更正通知書通知婦人，將原罰單改為「併排停車」罰2400元。
這名婦人原本「併排臨時停車」的罰單，只需罰600元，申訴後改「併排停車」罰2400元，比原來的600元又加罰了1800元，婦人收到更正通知書後驚呆了，再次提出申訴，請警方改以「併排臨時停車」罰600元就好，可是為時已晚，警察也只能依違規事實舉發了。
今年6月中旬，這名婦人駕車經三民區大順二路時，將車子併排，被人錄影檢舉，婦女收到罰單，她認為罰單內容有誤，提出申訴，可能以為警方開錯罰單，受理申訴後，可能會撤銷罰單，自己就不用受罰，沒想罰單更改後，罰得比申訴前還重，讓她直呼「嫑嫑」。
