明明心情糟的要命,
但在遇到朋友時還是只能笑嘻嘻,
或是用開玩笑的方式說心情好差,
看似什麼事都沒發生過。
即使夜深人靜時渴望想找人訴說,
卻會害怕將不好的情緒傳染給朋友、家人,
造成他人的負擔,
因而怯步,
然後又自己默默吞下去。
日復一日地,
這樣的情況實在太常發生了,
或許有人有類似經歷,
該怎麼排解這樣的寂寞與難過呢?
