不同品牌的鏡片在厚度上有差嗎？ - 眼鏡

各位板友大家好：
前些日子小弟配了新眼鏡，鏡片是用蔡司1.67。
而因為運動需求，所以也將舊的鏡片更新。一樣是1.67，品牌是萊特。
但在今天拿到備用眼鏡時卻發現怎麼跟當初的HOYA 1.6厚度差不多？
新款眼鏡配的蔡司1.67明顯邊緣很薄，跟備用的萊特1.67有差，有可以自我查證的方式嗎
？想要確定後跟店家反應。
蔡司度數：右-725 （散光50）、左-725（散光75）
萊特度數：右-725 （散光50）、左-750（散光50）
