不二家、紀家、新口味 - 彰化

覺得不二家太秋,電話到現在還不接
昨天就特地去買本版推說不輸不二家的紀家、新口味,試圖PK掉不二家

沒想到.......
新口味:皮厚,蛋黃稍乾,豆沙不甜,底部很酥,喜歡吃厚酥皮的可以參考。
紀家:皮薄,蛋黃濕,豆沙怪怪的,底部好硬啊,好像烤太久,豆沙都走味了。
不二家:皮薄,蛋黃濕,豆沙甜,底部很酥,淺淺的烤色~
還特地去看蛋黃酥做法,豆沙是熟的,蛋黃也是事先烤熟,最後包上油酥皮刷蛋汁灑芝麻
進烤箱,若紀家不要烤太久,真的很接近不二家,而且也比較大顆,嗚嗚好可惜
以後還是只能認命乖乖去不二家排隊當爸爸狗(哭)
