上班時間公車到東湖或南京復興? - 汐止

各位汐止版眾大家好
最近朋友要搬來社后一帶
他是在南京復興站附近上班
想請問大眾運輸工具通勤的大家
從世電社區出發
怎麼搭會比較快呢
想了幾個方案：
1.藍36或紅2先搭到葫洲站轉捷運
但是不知道上班時間7點左右搭出去要多久
康寧街和東湖路好像很塞?
請問有大大知道早上要搭多久才能到葫洲嗎
(如果選此路線 就必須7點半前到葫洲
所以想知道大約得搭多久 幾點出門比較安全@@)
2.817到展覽館轉捷運
但是中興路和大同路早上似乎也是塞爆
捷運的話是否就板南線到忠孝復興再轉文湖線?
3.817到松山車站轉松山線
只是不確定817這樣繞會不會很大一圈
4.203到松山車站轉松山線
同上 似乎多繞東湖...
而284好像還繞更遠?
5.走到北峰里搭711
一路直達南京復興
但是我覺得可能會坐到天荒地老...
請各位辛苦忍受社后塞爆
搭大眾運輸通勤的大大們給些建議
或是有比上述幾個分案更好的也拜託了
