上班時間介壽路與力行路紅綠燈常常會是由交警手動控制。
力行路直行路口變綠燈，但到下一個路口又遇到紅燈;或者一個紅燈都要等好幾分鐘，車排很長。
手動控制紅綠燈真的對交通有幫助嗎？
