上班壓力大,便祕該怎麼辦? - 閒聊

原本我的腸胃還算正常
但最近偶而中午忙到下午2-3點才吃飯
晚餐也是很常加班到半夜,回到家瘋狂找東西吃
雖然吃多,卻開始便祕大不出來
整個肚子很鼓,精神也很不好
不知道該怎麼辦,覺得身體好像快搞壞了@@
想問問大家該怎麼治便祕阿?
有想說要吃益生菌或是酵素,跑到小屈看一輪
看到兩款在抉擇,我的健康日記夜食酵素跟Nutriplus益生菌
夜食酵素可以助消化排便(還有助入眠?)
益生菌則是助排便跟抗敏減緩腸道敏感
不知道該怎麼吃~有人有類似經驗可以分享嗎?
