我偏要推瘦肉，且瘦的很健康，不喜歡肥滋滋的Fu，會覺得好對不起自己
這家在三陽路護山宮旁邊的小吃攤，他們主打香菇肉羹跟藥燉排骨
當然他們滷肉飯也是強打之一
他們叫做香菇赤肉飯，一碗不過25，但相較於今大唯豐……
一整個清爽許多，還是有味精，但少很多
且都是瘦肉，相當適合女孩們吃
會推這間原因是，畢竟現在多數都是肥肉當道的滷肉飯
頂多半肥半瘦
要像這家都是瘦肉赤肉的少的可憐
三重我還找不到其他這類型的滷肉飯
因此推給我最愛的三蘆之大家嘗嘗囉
