三重龍門路這家鴨肉羹多有名我想應該也不需多言,生意好到如同景點般在左右兩邊
都各開了一家現打果汁店沾光,而且因為上門的顧客所造成的汽機車臨停/違停太嚴重,
就算附近許多店家都自製請勿停車的牌子還是停得亂七八糟
題外話,我個人是都喝右邊那家西瓜汁,裡頭有個女店員從我第一次接觸這兒到現在
默默也做了十幾年,直至如今每次來還是都會看到她
想當年高中時的女朋友就住在旁邊,每個禮拜都會在這附近覓食一兩次,
曾經某次連吃三碗結果倒在後面的公園至少半小時動彈不得差點跟杜甫一樣被撐死囧
猶記得當年營業時間還是早上7點到晚上7點,對臺北人來說應該很難想像早餐吃羹湯
而且還大排長龍的景象吧?不過隨著時間更迭現在前後各縮短了一小時,
應該比較不容易見到當年那般榮景了?

龍門鴨肉羹除了食物本身,這支輸送鴨肉羹湯的鋼管也是一大特色。煮製的廚房
設在二樓,只要一樓的量減少了工作人員扳動那根橫桿就可以隨時讓羹湯
從樓上流下來補充,還蠻有趣。
這邊有麵、粿仔、米粉或冬粉可選擇,統一價都是60元,左邊麵煮好了就直接轉交
旁邊盛滿鴨肉羹湯再放到盤子上讓內用客人端走。如同工廠流水線般的高效率
無論內用或外帶消化人龍的速度都很快,完全不用擔心排隊的問題。話說這十幾年來
一路從40元漲到如今60元,而且以前點一碗還可以加10元加麵,現在不給加麵
只能再另外點一碗,所以如果食量不大不小的人(例如我)就只能多花錢
然後把自己吃得很撐才能滿足口腹之慾

就跟市民大道的博多拉麵我永遠都只吃咖哩炸雞拉麵一樣,在這吃了十幾年
永遠也都是點羹麵這一味。除了數量不少的鴨肉片,裡頭還有大量的蒜頭跟洋蔥絲。
羹湯粉下得重很濃稠,單吃的話湯頭非常甜,不誇張,曾經那麼一次我直接喝湯
結果甜到我一陣反胃差點吐出來.....所以多數人不是另外加黑醋就是跟我一樣
加辣粉來增味。話說這辣粉跟羹湯只能說絕配,從十幾二十歲的時候
每次都狂加四五大匙到現在久久吃一次為了健康加個兩匙就就滿意了

很久以前五華街有一家鴨肉庚,是一個阿婆做的,可惜現沒
前幾年仁愛街自強路口也有一家,口味也不錯,但後來也沒
又一個聳動的觀光客
難吃到靠北,跟狗屎沒兩樣
這家漲到50元以後就不吃了,味道變太多
好不好吃很主觀,但說狗屎的也太誇張了,是吃過狗屎了嗎?
口感每個人不同,這間來說,我是覺得普普,沒那麼好吃啦~
在地人真的都很暢秋的 跟我認識的台南人一樣
看到那條水管就覺得噁心,即便住附近也不想光顧
那管子的確讓人食欲大減
越來越不好吃了,料也變好少…
是收了什麼好處嗎?下這種標題

貴又少 很久沒吃了

我覺得還是很好吃,但是感受上這幾年沒有以前豐富了
我也因此回南部時,特地去北港跟新港吃鴨肉羹,結果呢
卻變得我口味很不習慣,三重的口味我已經習慣了,但是鴨肉的口感、味道卻是北港、新港的大獲全勝。
再推一次,從小吃到大,一直漲價還是常去吃,就真的覺得不錯阿
沒以前好,但還是會去吃 xD

從35吃到50,就不曾吃過了。在嘉義可以吃2碗品質又好
之前外帶湯都會給到1.5碗的量,之後跟本悲劇.口味也變了
其實噓到XX的能見度不輸給爆
食物不能少一分,價錢不能漲一毫,大家不如自己煮最划算.
自己煮絕對比外面健康,份量可大可小全看自己食量.
口味變了也是應該的 :)
是啊,開這麼多年又換後輩接手了,口味微變可以理解~

北中南統一22k,漲價很正常?
份量從以前35元時代肉量就明顯少很多.
價格漲的更多, 沒人說不能漲價.只是價格漲了份量卻少了,
只是單存噓標題, 對我而言那不算美食, 我也5年沒吃過了
另外人潮排隊的巔峰是在, 45-50的時代, 很明顯人已經沒落了
就單從價格, 我家前面龍濱路的滷肉飯開店20年來沒漲過
正文說食量不大不小的要再另外加點,推文又變成60元解決一餐、60元一碗就能吃到飽,比扯鈴還扯。(車路頭街的北港一碗是50元)
不餓的時候去吃,一碗配杯西瓜汁就飽得剛剛好囉~
餓很久去吃,一口氣吃兩碗也不嫌多啊!
人的食量真是很神奇啊!
沒吃過一樣可以扯,再回頭看這種標題,難怪那麼多人噓,要
