選項一:宜蘭市榮耀天下(無電梯)
優點:地段好、學區好、格局漂亮多變化
缺點:戶數多、停車位小(個人非常在意這一點，停了一台車後、機車腳踏車都沒地方停)
選項二:宜蘭市文化首馥(有電梯)
優點:坪數大、社區式管理較方便安全、停車空間大
缺點:進出道路小、管理費貴(住透天依然要繳高額管理費蠻X的)
選項三:宜蘭市運動公園旁高地城堡(有電梯)
優點:環境清幽、屋外空間大、家人認為這邊以後增值空間較大(囧)
缺點:格局較沒變化呆板、屋對面為一片竹林、離學區遠、治安問題(最在乎這點)
請大家一同討論
可以就我自己評估的優缺點、我沒注意到的事項、未來增值空間等等
都可以

PS:目前這三建案價位差不多、皆為透天
