現在到萬華,不只可以欣賞國片艋舺的拍攝場景,還能夠來趟美味之旅,萬華30年的胡椒
餅,餅皮薄,餡料超多,讓很多老主顧,一吃就是20年。金黃焦脆的外皮,一剝開不得了
,熱呼呼冒著煙,把味道都帶了出來,看起來紮實飽滿的豬肉,油亮亮的,搭上三星蔥的
香味,讓來買胡椒餅的客人,一拿到手忍不住當場吃了起來。
看到客人讚不絕口,最開心的莫過於73歲的黃阿嬤,料好實在,讓他在萬華一賣就是30年
,好吃的秘方講到都忘記,真性情的阿嬤,哈哈大笑,除了料選的好,還要看爐火炭烤這
一關,胡椒餅不掉落,讓餅皮吃起來酥又脆,才是專業級的水準,180度的高溫,也不怕
,阿嬤就是割捨不了30年陪伴萬華人的日子,他說還要一直做下去。
