原為黑面琵鷺研究及保育管理中心的黑面琵鷺生態展示館，位於七股北提
提防的西側，是溼地生態保育、教育及維護當地珍貴生態資源的重要場所。
但由於地處偏遠，也是比較少被遊客參觀的景點之一

一般民眾無法進入
