一鴻的雞腿飯可以算是一鴻的招牌飯之一,雞腿本身就是澎湖所養殖的雞,跟其他的餐廳
使用台灣本島的雞不一樣。而在炸之前,必須要浸在老闆娘獨家的滷汁之內才能拿出來炸
,由於有如此費工的事前準備,老闆娘很驕傲的說,雞腿炸好之後,可以直接吃,不用再
放任何的胡椒粉或是其他的調味料,因為獨家的滷汁都完全滲透進雞腿裡面。吃起來的口
感外皮非常的脆,而雞腿肉非常的軟、香、Q,好吃得讓人讚不絕口。
