最近從台北回來在高雄辦了增肌減脂的運動
朋友們都說好玩又有運動到
大家評價都蠻高的
於是想在這裡發個文
讓想運動及喜歡交朋友的人能一起參與
藉此拓展一下自己的人際關係
運動內容
20分鐘的無氧運動
10分鐘的跑步
10分鐘測試身體機能小遊戲
(跳繩,跳高,鬼抓人等等)
10分鐘營養小知識分享
大約在一個小時左右結束
時間:9/20(日) 17:00
地點:三民區河堤路的河堤公園
自備水跟瑜珈墊
