一直考試怎麼調整身心? - 學習

升大學前已經經歷過
高中 模擬考和月考 交互考的難關
但是念大學到現在
考試時間不固定
有些科目考兩次,有些科目考三次,更有些科目考四次
而我們總共六主科,所以算是每個禮拜都期中考
學期初還很有衝勁
衝到現在已經有點疲乏了
平常上課都有去上課
但是每科都不容易準備,範圍幾乎都是一百多頁
考完想要放鬆,但是時間不允許......
所以想問問 板上理工科的大大們
是怎麼調整身心的?
因為之後大三會作實驗,又要補研究所考試的補習
情形可能又會比現在大二更難熬
所以想聽聽方法和建議~
