【劉榮輝╱台南報導】台南市南區大成路上老鄧牛肉麵,遭網友爆料,切了一盤滷味,兩
塊海帶、一顆滷蛋與一塊豬耳朵就要180元,直呼沒吃過這麼貴的滷味。網友回應多指該
店在當地就是貴得出名,滷味價格標示不透明。黃姓業者昨表示,滷味用的都是真材實料
,不怕消費者比較,但對店內滷味沒標價,會改善。
李姓網友在臉書「台南爆料公社」發文說,到老鄧牛肉麵點滷味,兩塊海帶、一顆滷蛋與
一塊豬耳朵竟要180元,引發網友熱議,有人說嫌貴就不要吃,多數留言直說該店真的很
貴。台南一般滷味市價,豬耳朵一份約30至50元,海帶一塊5至10元,滷蛋一顆8至10元。
黃姓業者說,店內海帶是日本昆布,每塊30元,滷蛋是鴨蛋,豬耳朵熬煮入味,入口即化
,每兩35元。他不諱言,一直有消費者嫌貴,但去其他麵店比較後,多數能接受。
市府消保官楊璿圓指,麵店滷味未標示價格,會勸導業者改善。
