之前到新竹關西找妹妹時沒品嘗到ㄤ咕麵,成為了漏網之魚,
這趟新竹之旅就成為了我們第一天的午餐。
成立於1955年的麵店,名稱來自於阿公逗弄孩子的稱呼,
雖沒甚麼特別意義卻饒富趣味,
妹妹還在關西任教時便聽同事推薦過,力邀我們一定要吃看看。
這天我們11點多抵達店內已有許多客人,
跟我們一樣開車過來的朋友可停附近的公有停車場,
吃飽後再逛逛關西天主堂、東安古橋等景點,
還有胃口可以再吃關西臭豆腐、關西紅豆餅以及關西盛產的仙草,都是很不錯的滋味哦。
看看MENU,有主套餐式的單點,也有純單點,
因為我倆都想吃麵不想吃粄條,所以就單點麵加小菜,
如果也想嘗試粄條,可以點套餐試試,
有兩種:ㄤ咕麵或粄條+丸子湯=NT.115
ㄤ咕麵或粄條+餛飩湯=NT.120
而我們倆人都點了一碗ㄤ咕麵,
加上紅麴炸肉、粉腸肝連肉雙拼以及餛飩湯。
ㄤ咕麵 NT.58元
淋上油蔥、油膏,再搭配些許豆芽菜,
麵條是屬於比較有厚度且帶點彈性,攪拌後還飄出陣陣撲鼻的油蔥香,
我跟老公都覺得好吃!
對了,ㄤ咕麵只有乾麵 沒有湯麵喲!
紅麴炸肉 NT.98元
炸肉就比較不得我們的心,肉質偏硬且老,
小小一盤快要一百元@@
粉腸肝連雙拼 NT.120元
這道吃起來一般般,沒特殊口感和驚豔感,
肝連肉還比紅麴肉好吃,也覺得量少偏貴了些。
餛飩湯 NT.55元
整碗湯口味很清淡,如果習慣重口味的朋友會覺得不喜歡。
整桌的價格是NT.389元
總括來說,我和老公一致都覺得ㄤ咕麵是好吃的,
麵條有彈性加上油蔥和油膏,邊吃邊飄香味道真的還不錯,
但一碗要價NT.58元,說實話覺得有點點小貴,
不過台北的陽春麵現在隨便一碗也不便宜就是,
其餘的小菜就偏貴了些也比較沒特色,
看別人的食記幾年前ㄤ咕麵一碗才NT.45元,
只嘆美食就應該早點來品嘗才符合CP值 XD
