「政策控」陳其邁施政報告欲罷不能 議長提醒超過時間
〔記者王榮祥／高雄報導〕高雄市長陳其邁今上午進行上任後首度施政報告，結果陳其邁徹底發揮「政策控」的特長，對許多政策暢所欲言、欲罷不能，整個報告超過原本排定的1個小時，議長曾麗燕還提醒說，時間超過了、請簡短發言。
民進黨高市議員林智鴻說，以前韓國瑜施政報告是時間用不完，現在陳其邁施政報告時間是用不夠，他形容陳其邁真的是政策控，以往市長都看稿念，念完就結束施政報告，時間大約一小時內，陳其邁市長施政報告不看稿，還侃侃而談，把問題點、地區、路名都講得一清二楚，講了40分鐘還講不到簡報的1/3，我看國民黨的議員沒有做功課千萬不要隨便質詢，要問倒陳其邁市長是一件很難的事。
