過由於今年夏天，童玩節的遊客不如預期來得多，宜蘭縣政府剛剛作出決定，童玩節將停
辦。

（中央社記者沈如峰宜蘭縣七日電）舉辦十二年之久的宜蘭國際童玩節，由於受到大環境
的影響，主辦單位今天表示，明年起童玩節停辦。宜蘭縣長呂國華將在上午十時，正式對
外宣布。
宜蘭童玩節自1996年起開辦，曾獲得雜誌評選為全國最佳的地方觀光產業活動，也是宜蘭
最大型的觀光活動。2002年，入園遊客曾一度高達九十萬七千人，創歷年來新高。
負責承辦童玩節的蘭陽文教基金會執行長林松柏說，由於受到大環境變遷的影響、物價上
漲影響民眾旅遊意願、全台同性質的水上活動陸續舉辦，及部分媒體非理性的中傷，讓清
譽受損，難保一枝獨秀，因此宣布明年起不再辦理宜蘭童玩節。
他表示，縣府團體自今年活動結束後，將全盤檢討歷屆童玩節的優缺點，之後再推出其他
大型的暑期活動。960807
