Complete this form only if you will need an I-20 Certificate of Eligibility
for an F-1 student visa or an IAP-66 Certificate of
Eligibility for a J-1 exchange visitor visa. While there are no restrictions
on the source of funds for applicants for F-1 visas,
applicants for J-1 visas must show funds coming from specific sources (e.g.,
applicant’s home government,international organizations or UCLA). Complete both sides of this form
carefully and accurately. Print or type all information except signatures.
Signatures and bank stamps must be included to
validate the form.
但不是很懂
我知道我們應該是F-1 student
小的是申請MS，所以應該是必須要填這個表格吧?
另外就是這個表格中有一個地方似乎需要銀行蓋章，
但財力證明不是銀行會開一個證明，這樣的話這個表格還要拿去蓋章嗎?
還是只要父母簽名加銀行的證明就可? 不用拿去銀行蓋章?
麻煩有經驗的大大分享一下!!
