TPO 43 閱讀題 El Ni隳 的其中一題 - 英檢

小弟用的是iPad版本的小站TPO，而這題答案和詳解都令我疑惑，想看看大家的意見

我選的是C，根據第二句：

ut for thousands of kilometers offshore.
其實有點疑慮，因為題目問的是 as that term is now used，原文說現在是形容這種期
間，不是形容這種年際現象，而我根據的句子在這句話之前。但我以為改變的只是時間範
圍，現象應該還是一樣的？

小站的詳解我也不懂，在我看來 thousands of kilometers offshore 和 long distance
s from the South American coast還滿相符的。

再來說說詳解的A，原文說 the strongest of them impact global weather，應該是El
Nino影響全球天氣，但選項是其他地方產生El Nino，這因果應該顛倒了；而詳解說這也
意味這個現象可以起源於其他地方，A->B意味著B->A？

最後又令我對詳解抱持疑惑的是D的詳解，是少打一個“未“吧…
