引進穀物讓穀物維持低價而且刺激其他商品的需求。
文中沒有很明白的說出"為何的原因"只有說 thus stiulated..
我只能合理猜測因為穀價很便宜，所以多的錢可以拿來刺激其他消費

而引進的是哪種穀物呢？ 是那些對DUTCH來說要花很多時間金錢來自耕的穀物。
