小弟在昨日做完TPO23的閱讀第一篇Urban Climate後, 在第五題有問題

答案為D, 已知關鍵句如下

雖然知道AB未在文中提到, 且C與原文相反,
但是我就是不懂easily flowing into and out of the ground
和being trapped in the ground是同義...
"防止熱輕易流入和流出土壤"和"防止熱被困在土壤"是同義?
請求各位大大解說...感覺自己好像是文盲!
