ETS的效率之差大家都知道...
之前check我的status才發現有一家沒收到我的TOEFL
可是我是去年的10/31日就order刷卡了....
於是照著之前一位板大的方法 toefl版 #1CrYlSVo
打電話過去 要求重發 服務人員是跟我說我之前已經要求過一次了
(我之前已用這方法成功的免費加發一次)所以他說請把證明給他看..
這次用說的不行..要有證明

他說學校的email內容附給他看或是證明之類的 代表 TOEFL成績真的沒送到
我就直接把STATUS的網頁內容print screen附加在EMAIL裡

像這樣 我把這圖檔附加檔案裡 寄到[email protected]
說真的當她跟我說寄到[email protected]時 我想妳們一天這信箱至少上百封
會看到我的嗎.......
不過我還是照做 標題打:HELLO, I've got problem in score reporting. (EMERGENCY!)
怕他們不會注意到....
內容大概就是寫:
Hello, my name is XXXXXX
I've request to sent a toefl score to XXXX in Oct.31/ 2010

However, the UXXX did not receive my score!
the proof is in the attachment.
I just check the status and called UXXX , the admission staff told me
they really did not receive my score.
So can you kindly do me a favor? I would like to request sending the reports
again for free.
And it really takes too long to send the score. I think it is my rights to
ask ETS to resend again.

結果過3天後
還真的免費寄送了 我有收到新寄送的收據(大心~~)
(PS 結果寄EMAIL給ETS隔天 學校方面則是跟我回應說成績很早就到了
他們也有找到.. 只是status沒更新........................)

恩.. 大約一周後才寄出(而且注意年份)... 大家以後要提前寄送成績..
