基本上請人代寫申請文件就跟寫論文抄襲或是想找人代筆一樣

根本是道德上有瑕疵

如果沒時間就等有時間的時候再寫、再申請

英文不好就等英文弄好再處理吧 不然花錢出去讀書 有什麼收穫呢
