個人覺得比 TIME 跟 GUARDIAN 的排名實際(學術上)
可以真實反映學校特定科系的研究品質
不過如果大家要把就業前景跟學生滿意度之類的條件都算進出的話
看 TIME/GUARDIAN 的會比較有參考價值
