今天收到了一封來自於QM的信，是關於之前寄回去的Fee Assessment Questionnaire
內容如下：
I am afraid we can only accept certified copies: you will need to re submit
these documents, but this time with a copy of your passport which has been
signed by a notary, embassy official, doctor lawyer or police person.
我原本寄去的時候有附上護照的掃描影本，請問信裡面說的需要"signed"是什麼意思?
