Ph.D.選校問題town and conntry planning/urban plannning - 留學

大家好，年初的時候拿到了三間學校的uncon. offer，分別為:

Liverpool : PhD Department of Civic Design
Glasgow : PhD Department of Civic Design
Birmingham : PhD Department of Urban and Regional Studies

個人的research proposal 偏向urban economics與計量。

其實三間學校的排名差不多，以總排名似乎以Glasgow最佳，
但單就town and conntry planning而言，似乎以Birmingham最好，
然而收我的指導教授只有Liverpool的有professor頭銜。

不知道有沒有人就讀相關科系，對這個領域的學校比較瞭解，
或是本身已經在這三所學校就讀的，可以提供我一些意見?
畢竟選了至少是三年以上，
也牽涉到未來回國找工作的問題(名氣，人脈...)
想要選擇一個比較偏urban economics或spatial planning, policy的學校。
最好不要牽扯到太多的建築設計，
由於一直游移不定也順便在等UCL放榜，
因此把五月的入學許可延到了九月了!
