Oxford的college preference - 留學

Oxford研究所的部分，審核流程如下：

1. department拒絕 -> 結束

2. department接受 -> 送至你填的college審核 ->

(1) college接受 -> 正式錄取
(2) college不接受 -> 退回給department -> department送至另外的college
-> ... -> 直到某college接受為止 -> 正式錄取

換句話說，研究所是否錄取，完全取決於department的意願，
college不收的話，只是延後確定college的日期而已。
