忘了拍照,所以算閒聊吧~
早餐吃了一份鮮奶油鬆餅之後
就好想再吃鬆餅
去了安樂路那家很有名的鬆餅店...沒開門
剛好今天沒什麼特別的事情要忙
就騎著車子在永和大大小小的巷子亂竄
後來騎到民生路(改過,謝謝版友告知)
瞥見路邊有一家小攤子名為"Mr.紅豆餅"
想說好吧…吃不到鬆餅就吃紅豆餅好了
一顆12元
我記得有紅豆、奶油、芋頭、起司熱狗...
我一口氣買了5顆奶油的想說就順便當晚餐
老闆娘是一對中年夫妻
老闆負責用紅豆餅的外殼
老闆娘負責加餡料和包裝
也就是老闆完成外殼後放到平臺上
老闆娘再拿著外殼到後面加餡料再放回平臺
老闆最後再將兩個外殼合再一起
就大功告成啦......(講得好冗阿)
總之他們做紅豆餅的順序跟我過去看的很不一樣
(過去看的全部都是是直接在台子上加餡料)
兩人在攤子忙有點擠可是又滿順手
不知道怎麼形容XD
完成的紅豆餅
老闆娘會拿起來到旁邊先用小電風扇吹涼
再放入打滿洞洞的牛皮紙袋
還有打滿洞洞的塑膠提袋

打滿洞洞和吹電扇應該是為了散熱
可是也太細心了吧~超酷的第一次看到
而且我的5顆奶油餅 超 好 吃 !!!
不知道他們開到幾點
我還要去買~~~(摸肚子)
