前幾天在momo下標12H速達的商品
結果拖了二天才到
我跟客服反映應該依照規定給予補償紅利金
結果回覆我,不符合資格
過程如下:
我:
依照12H速達 7大都會區(新竹以南)
當天16:00~23:59下單
隔天20:00前需送達
我是 2013/12/24 21:48 完成訂單
意思是2013/12/25 20:00 前我要收到
結果是2013/12/26 17:45 收到
這樣有符合紅利金補償條件吧?
客服:
不符合12小時快速到貨條件；12小時速達條件：
1.有標示12H速達圖示的商品。
2.訂單成立時間為當天00:00~12:00，並且指定當日配送。
3.配送地點為北北基桃(台北市、新北市、基隆市、桃園市)。
需符合以上3項條件確實延遲，才可申請補償100元紅利金

只要不是北北基,不是當天00:00~12:00下單
就不會管你是不是12H速達商品
