各位好~

想請問一個關於LSE推薦信裡問的問題

學校要求老師填一個評量表
就是針對學生的學業表現、口頭表達能力等等的表現做勾選
(top 5% top10% 等)
最後有請老師選回答

請問這是什麼意思??
informal 和 formal該如何選呢??
