jasso獎學金申請表去哪下載？ - 留學

我是要申請交換學生的jasso獎學金

學校要求的資料中的 check list有一項：

certificate of enrollment of the applicant for jasso short-term student

exchange promotion program (inbound) scholarship

學校沒有提供相關資料

我有在好像是AIEJ的網站上看到這一條字

講述相關的資訊 可是怎麼樣就是找不到申請表

想請問有沒有人知道這個certificate要去哪裡下載呢？
