我明年要去日本交換
然後最近正在找獎學金申請
結果不知為何國際合作事務處竟然寄給我一封信是我去日本要讀的大學寄給他的，
內容好像是問我要不要申請JASSO獎學金
然後我很惶恐因為印象中我怎不知道我有申請
現在問過大概之後好像是問我要不要申請，但申請上了之後就不行住宿舍之類的
我想問的是，這只是申請並不代表我已經拿到獎學金了，對嗎?
以下是信的內容
We would like to thank you for the applications to the 2013-2014 XXXX program.
There were many applications for a very limited number of openings.The selection
commiittee considered each application carefully with the cooperation of the
relevant department,and has selected the following students for participation
in the XXXX program:
1.With JASSO scholarship,including Tuition Exemption: 我的名字
2.Admission without JASSO scjolarship,but with Tuition Exemption: Not applicable
We would like you to confirm their participations by June 20,by fax or e-mail,
to Ms.YAMADA after asking their willingness under the condition on theg housing
given below.In addition,please send us by fax a copy of the passport of each student
for Application for Certificate of Eligibility.The other applications from your
university noy listed above,if any,were unfortunately nit accepted into the XXXX
program,and we would like to find other venues.
Those who receive JASSO Scholarship CANNOT live in the University dormitory,The
Center for Promotion of International Exchange will support them to find reasonable
private apartments near university.
