今天陪我爸去配了漸進多焦點鏡片(老花用)
但我爸一直疑神疑鬼覺得不是Hoya鏡片
(老闆叫他用面紙擦拭，不要用普通眼鏡布擦，他因為這點而覺得很怪^^")
我有跟老闆詢問過原廠紙袋
老闆說丟掉了!
但有給我一張HOYA鏡片證明卡
背後資訊如下:
Name: 空白
Date of Issue: 2006/08/08→現在不是12月了嗎?
Lens Type:(R)HV-THIN U HARD-HV
(L)HV-THIN U HARD-HV
Frame: 空白
Received No: 08201044
Optical Shop: 感覺是要店家簽名用的，但空白
右下角就是HOYA LENS TAIWAN LTD.等等公司資訊
想請問各位配過Hoya的人
拿到保證卡時 Date of Issue都差這麼多嗎?
還有如果想問Hoya原廠
是不是到官方網站寄email寫Received No就可以查的到?
因為配的時候是以鏡片四折價錢
如果是真的鏡片這價錢還算不錯
