這間Hiro在我先前造訪過不能拍照的家庭料理まリ隔壁,巷子口是老黃豬腳,
店主是在台生活很久的日本人(FB網友說曾上過WTO姐妹會),
前陣子初訪點了咖哩飯,一吃之下立馬受驚,
意外在新竹也有這樣的道地日式濃厚口味可吃,近期再訪就有點離譜了,
變成要領號碼牌,大約半小時一輪,又成了一間不容易吃到的店...

初訪除了咖哩還點了份歐姆蛋沙拉,滑蛋口感不錯,底下鋪切絲高麗菜,
便是這樣單純,鹽則下得很輕,炸雞咖哩飯給了整大片的炸腿排,
醃製口味偏較多的醬油感、內裡十分多汁,咖哩則有濃厚度且風味不單調,
白飯也好吃,餐食用心,在台北也能開業的水準。
二訪想試試拉麵,這次比較貪心除單點上回的炸雞腿排,還要了份叉燒壽司捲,
依舊好在米飯的Q彈口感以及醋的調配,叉燒還是喜歡麵裡整片帶油質的,
要不考慮一下出個河童捲去掉用槍噴噴?應該會更爽口開胃,
腿排有先告知當天為切塊的日式炸雞沒有整片的,以他家略偏硬質的炸衣來說,
整片的腿排口感會更佳,當然仍屬不壞的炸雞就是。
拉麵點基本的,特別交代細麵偏硬,口感如我所喜,且豚骨湯頭一嚐夠厚、鹹甘繚繞,
各配料的表現均不錯,喜好度勝過老黃隔壁的麵屋浩,
不過還是更想念上次在台北吃的山嵐(甜美的背脂卻吃來不膩更得我心),
湯頭喝一喝還可加入附的檸檬片來改變一下風味,頗用心且好吃的店。
