Groupon 現在不能退貨了嗎? - 省錢

本人最近親身的經驗, 對於GROUPON 這個網站用些惡劣的手段, 生氣至極.
之前發現有團購這件事 + 網站上寫在使用期限內保證退費.所以買了些券,
有些券沒用那麼多想退, 或是看到別人經驗談就不想去消費
於是前陣子就退了一些券, 結果被客服主管來電一直問我為何退券, OOXX
過了2~3週左右, 我的帳號突然就不能下單了.
經我多天詢問, 原來的確是被GROUPON鎖住了.
客服主管說: 店家(GROUPON)有權不要賣東西(券)給我, 當他們覺得我不是好客戶時.
請問有那個條文說他們可以這麼做呢? 遊戲規則都是他們在訂的,
能檢舉他們嗎?
