Dear Test Candidate:
We were unable to successfully process your e-check payment that was submitted for your 12/20/2009 Toefl IBT Test Date, Registration Number 8650937. It has been brought to our attention by your bank that your $160.00 e-check payment was declined due to no account/account closed.
Due to this situation, your account now has an outstanding balance. While you may have already taken the test or will be testing on a future date, your scores will not be released to any colleges or universities and you will not be able to place orders for other services until the balance is paid in full.
If you are testing on a future date, please make sure to attend your scheduled appointment. Your registration was successful.
To insure the timely release of your scores, please contact us immediately to make a payment by phone. You may also submit an online payment by logging on to your IBT TOEFL account at www.ets.org/toefl and clicking on “View/Pay Account Balance”.
If using a debit card, make sure it is entered as a credit card payment not an E-check
E-check.
