，國道電子收費）車道全民體驗方案，因系統驗證測試來不及，交通部高公局預估將延後一
周，可能下月六日（下周六）上路，未裝車上機者後天先別誤闖ＥＴＣ車道；待方案上路後
，只要登記車籍資料，就可立即免裝機走ＥＴＣ車道。
通行一次車上機折3元
遠通電收發言人郎亞玲昨說，在遠通電收門市、統一超商、全家超商登記車籍資料，審查車
籍和身分資料後，就可免裝車上機走ＥＴＣ車道，最低儲值五百元。體驗期一年，期間每通
行一個ＥＴＣ車道，未來買車上機就可折三元，現單價一千零三十九元。

高公局官員指出，遠通電收去年曾邀兩百人測試登記車籍、未裝機走ＥＴＣ車道，車牌辨識
系統可成功運作，再直接從帳戶扣款，但因超商登記車籍資料等系統還在測試，影響上路時
程。
民眾邱慶吉說，會想登記體驗看看，但希望折抵車上機優惠多一點。交通部指ＥＴＣ平均月
使用率約四成，依約遠通電收年底得達四成二，全民體驗方案盼增車上機購買意願。

時程：可能下周六（11/6）上路，體驗期1年
方式：到遠通電收門市、統一超商、全家超商登記車籍資料，並預繳最少500元，就可立即
免裝車上機走ETC車道
折扣：體驗期間每通行1站ETC車道，未來買車上機就可折3元，現車上機單價1039元
